Return and Refund Policy

Customers must submit refund requests in writing or by email to billing@bigshoudlersllc.com. You can also call us at 657-223-9223.
Refunds for undelivered services will be processed within 7 business days.
Telecom services are deemed delivered upon the connection of a call.
Refunds shall be issued via the same method as the original method of payment. For example, refunds for services paid by credit card will be made back to the same credit card. Refunds for services paid via ACH/wire will be made back to the account from which the funds were sent.
